About Me

Aviation has always been a part of my life. As a kid I would spend hours building model airplanes. As you may have guessed, not all "test flights" ended in a soft landing, but that never stopped my curiousity. At the age of fourteen I had the opportunity to go to ground school. Soaking in all I could about aviation I finally took my first flight and I've never looked back.

Out of college, with a degree in Computer Science, I ventured into the professional world. After 7 years sitting in front of a computer, still dreaming of aviation, I decided that I needed a better office view...:)!

In 2007 it was time to take the plunge into aviation as a career. With a passion for learning, and a near obsession with aviation, flight instruction was the obvious choice. In February 2007 I completed my Initial CFI certificate. Since then I've been teaching at a few different flight schools, and enjoy the relationships I've formed with both students and fellow instructors. And by the way...you can't beat the office view!
